1. Introduction
This page outlines the legally binding Terms and Conditions governing your access and use of www.shobharao.in, and associated services including but not limited to pickup, fabric dyeing, printing, and delivery.
2. Use of Website Content
All intellectual property including logos, names, marks, content, and designs displayed on this website are owned or licensed by the Company or its associated entities.
3. Service Terms
3.1 Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery services are offered as a convenience and arranged on behalf of the customer.
- ShobhaRao is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit unless items are logged at our facility.
- Refer to our Schedule Pickup page for service terms and working hours.
3.2 Payment Terms
- All services are prepaid. Orders are processed after payment is received.
- Prices may change after physical inspection of the fabric; customer approval is required for any changes.
- No cancellations or refunds once dyeing/printing has started.
3.3 Turnaround & Communication
- Estimated timelines are given at pickup and are subject to delays due to operations, weather, or festivals.
- Communication is via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. Customers must remain reachable.
4. Liability Limitations
4.1 Fabric Care
We use professional processes and high-quality dyes/prints. However, we are not liable for:
- Damage caused by weak fabrics, prior color treatments, or stitching flaws.
- Damage to embellishments such as beads or embroidery.
- Shrinkage, color variation, or uneven finish due to fabric quality.
4.2 Loss or Damage Claims
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- If approved, compensation is capped at 5× the service fee or ₹1,500, whichever is lower.
- No reimbursement for replacement or original cost of garment/fabric.
5. Abandoned Garments
Garments not collected or deliverable within 30 days of service completion due to customer non-response will be deemed abandoned.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the website:
- To harm, disable, or disrupt our systems or networks.
- To access unauthorized systems, admin areas, or accounts.
- To transmit malware, unsolicited messages, or automated scripts.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the service or website.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of garments in transit outside our facility is not covered.
- Delays caused by technical faults or natural calamities are excluded from liability.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.
