Refund & Cancellation

At ShobhaRao Fabric Dye and Print, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We aim to deliver quality services with transparency and care. In the rare case you are dissatisfied with our service, we do offer a refund or cancellation under the following conditions.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.
• If cancelled after pickup but before processing begins:
  50% of the invoice value will be charged. This covers basic logistics and service reservation costs.
• If cancellation is requested after service has started:
  Cancellation will not be accepted once garment processing (fabric dyeing, printing, or other treatments) has begun.
• Pickup Charges:
  Will be applicable if the pickup executive has already reached or collected the garments at the time of cancellation.

💰 Refund Policy

• We do our best to ensure garments are dyed, printed, and returned to you in top condition. However, in case you are genuinely dissatisfied:
• A refund may be considered after a full investigation, in line with the terms on your invoice/pickup slip.
• Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• For credit card or UPI payments, the refund will be made back to the same account via our payment gateway.

📌 Additional Notes

• Refunds will not be applicable for minor variations, natural wear, or customer-inflicted damage.
• Service-related refunds will only be processed if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• All refund and cancellation requests are subject to ShobhaRao Fabric Dye and Print’s discretion, based on service logs, photographic evidence, and inspection reports.
